Who is responsible
Responsible for this demonstration website (fictional business “AURUM”) is: 99dev, Hari Becic, Sandäckerstrasse 10, 8957 Spreitenbach, Switzerland. This policy is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP).
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit it, the server technically processes your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser details in order to deliver the page and keep it secure. These logs are not used to identify you.
Enquiry form
If you send an enquiry, we process the details you enter: name, phone number and/or email address, the chosen car, date, time, handover location, address and your message. The purpose is solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
The enquiry is transmitted to the 99dev form service (hosted by Vercel, region Frankfurt), stored in a database (Supabase) and forwarded to the operator by email (via Resend) and by WhatsApp (Meta). You do not receive an automatic confirmation email.
Cookie-free visit counting
We count visits without cookies. When a page is opened, the following is sent to our counting service (inbox.becic.ch): the page visited, the referring page and any campaign parameters in the address; country and city are derived from the IP address on the server side. No profile is created and no cookie is set. If your browser sends “Do Not Track”, nothing is counted.
Map
The map in the “Concierge” section is loaded from OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom). Your browser transmits your IP address to their servers when the map is displayed. Links to Google Maps only open when you click them.
Local storage
When you confirm the notice at the bottom of the page, your browser stores the entry “cookie-consent = ok” locally, so that the notice is not shown again. This entry is not transmitted to us.
Fonts and media
Fonts, images and films are delivered from this website’s own server. No connection to Google Fonts or other font services is made.
Transfers abroad
The service providers named above may process data outside Switzerland, in particular in the EU and the USA. Where required, such transfers are based on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle them and to comply with statutory retention obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data and to object to its processing. Write to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
